On September 16th Shirebiz held an EGM which approved the updated Constitution which was subsequently approved by the Department of Fair Trading. A face to face Board meeting on 27th September confirmed the establishment of the following sub-boards linked to local industry, Health, Education, Marine and Infrastructure, each sub-board headed by a Board member and incorporating local industry members where appropriate. The revised constitution can be accessed here. Industry members are always invited to provide feedback and input into Shirebiz advocacy activities.
