PROF PETER GONSKI, Geriatrics
Peter is a senior staff specialist geriatrician and the Director of Southcare, Dept of Aged and Extended Care , Sutherland Hospital and Community. He is also Clinical Stream Director of Aged Care and Rehabilitation of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. He is a conjoint Professor in the Faculty of Medicine University NSW, Sydney.
Research is an integral part of providing the best care to patients. It allows for evidence-based management of patients but also enhances staff thinking and morale. Peter has a passion to support and encourage research at St George and Sutherland Hospitals amongst all staff-medical, nursing and allied health. REGISTER
